This is my second time getting a massage in this clinic and they are always on top of their services. The massage was amazing and it was as I wanted it especially with the pressure. The therapists are highly qualified and I didn’t need to explain too much as she knew exactly what I needed for the pain.
I highly recommend getting a massage with Shyma. She’s honestly the best.

Raj was good, but overall the treatment was over-promised and under-delivered. They advertised it as a full, thorough Hydrafacial, but it ended up being just a few steps with very, very average products. The treatment didn’t feel complete or worth what was promised.

I was recommended by my sister-in-law to do the salmon DNA treatment, but during the session, I was very disappointed with the therapist. Without cleaning my face, she applied the numbing cream, and she did not advise me on how to maintain my skin afterward. Throughout the whole session, she was talking to another colleague in their own language. I had not authorised this, and he was recording me to share with the public, even though I did not consent to it. And i would not advise anyone

This place is a hidden gem just off Oxford Street! The staff were so so friendly and I was able to watch Netflix through my app! I love my nails, I just didn’t get asked the length I wanted them, that was my only fault! But really great place!
