Wax was burning hot, I repeatedly asked her to cool it down and she kept going. Switched to strip wax and she couldn’t do this either, she made it obvious she was making a mess of it and burning me in an extremely intimate place. Ended up leaving with a half finished wax a day before my holiday and in throbbing pain. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

Ekaterina did a good job. Meticulous, thorough and careful. She’s also very friendly so it makes the experience more pleasant. The cleanliness of the therapy room could improve a little more but there’s nothing significantly bad currently. All in all, value for money.
