I really wanted to love the experience but one set of nails took 3 hours which is far too long. I would usually expect an hour but happy to push to two. I was initially really happy with the final nails So let that go, but when I left salon realised colour wasn’t what I chose and most importantly a week later 4 of 10 nails broke. I have never had that happen before. Maybe 1 nail could chip but 4 fully broken? Such a shame..
