It was my second time at this salon and Anastasia did a great job on my nails and toes! She clearly is very skilled and professional, she didn’t rush and made sure my manicure/pedicure were at the highest quality. I will definitely be back to have my nails done by her!

On my last visit my false nails did not go well. I reviewed based on the fact they didn’t last and was disappointed but the team today were informative and brought to light that perhaps the type of false nails these were weren’t suitable for my length of nail. Having explained this in detail i think they were right and the only issue was that they should have forewarned. Nonetheless they removed them and fixed my nails up foc. I appreciate them sorting it so quickly

I really wanted to love the experience but one set of nails took 3 hours which is far too long. I would usually expect an hour but happy to push to two. I was initially really happy with the final nails So let that go, but when I left salon realised colour wasn’t what I chose and most importantly a week later 4 of 10 nails broke. I have never had that happen before. Maybe 1 nail could chip but 4 fully broken? Such a shame..
