I got Gelnail Extentions done, but within a few hours all of them fell off. I was then told, I would get a compensation and the next gelset would be free, but when trying to book it I was told it was too late now and that I should have booked it sooner. I was not made aware, that there was a timelimit on the compensation. So now I paid for gelnails, that lasted 5 hours and got no money back at all!
