The head spa was good although I would suggest that they heat the room up more as I spent half the massage very cold and uncomfortable before having to ask for a blanket. Heated eye masks would have also been better than the cold object over my eyes. There could have been relaxing music to make it a better experience so I could relax and not just hear the street below/ people outside the room. The toilet upstairs was also unflushed so it wasn’t a pleasant experience to see.

I had a phenomenal experience at SKH, an amazing full body massage and focusing on back shoulders and neck with the Amazing Julia and then an amazing pedicure with Houneida, the salon is peaceful and lovely, the pedicure was great, lovely experience all round, I can't wait to go back!

Shayma was honestly amazing - she was so attentive to areas that I had pain; it was exactly what I needed after a busy month. The whole experience felt personal and I felt so reassured about asking for a change in pressure or location of focus throughout. Will definitely be back!!
