Gemma provides an excellent full body massage followed by a scalp massage. The treatment was perfect to relieve tense/tight muscles. The right amount of pressure was applied throughout. I felt truly pampered from head on o toe. Extremely relaxed afterwards and my muscles felt all the better for it. I would highly recommend this treatment
