Having only been to one hairdressers for the last twenty+ years I was quite apprehensive! I was met by Natasha who immediately calmed my nerves. She was friendly, polite but most of all professional. I showed her a picture of how I was thinking of having my hair cut. She looked, listened and delivered! I have not been so pleased with the outcome of a visit to the hairdressers in years. So pleased in fact I booked my next appointment there and then. I have also booked my husband in! Thank you.
