Never experienced a sports massage so was unsure what to expect. Steph was great she listened and advised and discussed pressure points and treatments. I felt amazing when I left. Looking forward to my next visit.

I went to Steph for my first ever sports massage to help recovery after my half marathon. I’m so glad I did!
She was friendly and helped answer my questions before the session. The session was great, starting with a short consultation, then working on my sore legs and tight neck/shoulders. She chatted to me the whole time (helping me feel at ease) and she also checked in with me to make sure the pressure wasn’t too much. I left feeling like a new woman! Thank you Steph, I’ll be back!
