I have been going to Steph for several years for sports massage. She is a true professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. She manages to find all the annoying knots and deals with them thoroughly. She also gives great advice on follow up exercises and treatments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I highly recommend Steph.
