I have to be honest, I saw reviews pointing toward Sam pulling women's hair and being really rough and like he does not care if it would break even while brushing/styling and especially painting, and unfortunately they were true.
I twice pointed that out and for a moment it would be better, but in the next moment my head would literally be pulled to the point I could not hold it in place and it hurt. My scalp was painfult for two days and I am afraid of the damage this appointment has done to me. Sam, please take care of our hair, it should not be treated this way and I hope you improve this.
The colouring itself was nicely done, even though the hair was cut shorter than I said.

Had my hair cut and coloured by Sam.
Basically I had a haircut and colour elsewhere and he managed to transform the colour and cut and I am a very happy customer. A professional hairdresser.
