The hair cut was okay. When my hair was washed, it was rushed and a bit careless - water fell on my face. The hairdresser seemed unsure when cutting my hair. The hairdresser also stopped multiple times whilst cutting my hair to assist another unsure hairdresser. I was hoping that one of the qualified hairdressers would be cutting my hair (Naheed as she is certified in the Salon), however my needs to were met with uncertainty by another hairdresser. All in all, the Salon lacked professionalism.

It was my first time getting waxed ever and both the owner and the lady who waxed me were so welcoming and informative. Loved my experience and will be back again soon
