Absolutely rubbish. I booked my appointment, turned up on time to find the shop shut up with metal shutters down on the door. No notices about this. We rang the mobile numbers provided and no answer. I have sent emails with no response. I still have not managed to be able to get my money back yet. Treatwell have not responded to queries about getting a refund either, you just get an auto-mated response so I'm now going to have to get my other half to raise a dispute through PayPal.

SCAM. DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS SALON. They take booking and your money then shut up shop. looking at the reviews, im not the only person this has happened too. never got my £40 back.

Arrived 5min before my appointment, the venues shutters were down. I called both mobile numbers and got voicemail for both. Left messages stating I was waiting outside and to call back asap. No reply. I paid taxi fare to get there. So annoyed
