This was the worst hollywood waxing experience I've ever had. The woman didn't speak to me the whole time which is required but makes the situation awkward and uncomfortable. Then it felt like she wasn't letting the wax dry enough so when she pulled it off it was still stuck to my skin and made it much more painful. And now I've noticed I still have hair down there. I called the salon and the man who answered was very rude and unhelpful.
