Great exfoliation, the rest was poor. Asked for haircut as advertised on Treatwell but was told this wasn’t a service the salon offered. No refund offered at all so i had to select alternative options. The salon was freezing cold with the door open but nobody seemed to care despite the fact I had goose bumps and hair was standing on end. Gel nails isn’t included in the manicure. I had to ask specifically to get anything more than just polish on my nails, eg to have nails filed, cuticles done, etc. The chair for threading is a regular chair with a dirty travel cushion put on your neck... not comfy! Throughout my treatment the beauticians son was there which is fair enough, however his videos about minecraft and computer games were blasting through the loudspeaker throughout and some of this was really cringey. Couldn’t he use headphones and there be music on the speakers instead?
Having said that, the back exfoliation was wonderful and I’d happily go for that as a stand-alone treatment only. This was in a different room to the cold one with the minecraft narration!
