I was booked in for a nail extension removal followed by a full set of nail extensions. When removing my nails the lady heated the acetone far too much and burnt my nail beds which resulted in me having water blisters on the tips of my fingers and beneath my nails. She wouldn't accept this and said that it was my fault for having sensitive skin. Her attitude absolutely stunk. I used to be a repeat customer at this salon for both nails and waxes, I will never return after how I was treated.
