I was very disappointed. The lady did not turn up until 40 minutes after my appointment time. I was given 4 different excuses that all contradicted each other. The truth would have been appreciated Just before the treatment started she gave me a very thin cushion. I asked for a second and was horrified that she hadn't planned to cover them, until I queried hygiene, when she tore off some paper. Shortly after I realized that she had not washed her hands before starting the leg wax.
