I’m waiting to hear back from this salon with my complaint. Firstly the lady I booked didn’t do my nails.She was busy with what looked to be a friend/friends. The lady who did was rough and my nails weren’t dry when I left, resulting in a complete mess. I couldn’t go back straight away as I had another engagement to get to.
If you don’t know these people on a personal level be prepared to be treated as less than you should as a human!

Had a pretty good experience here just not entirely happy with my shellac manicure as I have had them for two days and they’re chipping already, not sure if I would consider going back
