The venue was very near to my flat, just minutes walk away. It was very clean and there's not much a lot of people in the area, which was nice. I felt comfortable all throughout the procedure, Lucy offering me a towel as my drape gave me a bit of privacy and kept me warm. Will definitely book again.

The lady that did my nails was very rude and racist she asked me where I’m from and proceeded to grunt and ignore any questions i had after that and started doing my nails very harshly. I left with three nails bleeding and deep cuts and I’m worried of getting an infection as non of the equipment were sterilised for any of the customers.
