I was served by Saha, whom besides having a gorgeous name I loved her service. The spa pedicure was so relaxing and well done. Had gel nails done in the end and she done the perfect French design I was hoping for! Will definitely be returning.

I'm unhappy with the service I received. I booked for a mani pedi. During the procedure of the nail technician removing my cuticles, she cut into my skin causing my finger to bleed. She didn't apologise instead said it was because I had dry, hard cuticles. She then moved onto the next cuticle and the same thing happened. The next few days my fingers were tender, on day three pus has started to form. When I called the nail salon, the nail technician left me on the phone to speak to someone else.

My toes have been hurting for the past 2 days. While my cuticles were being done I felt pain which I complained about but that didn’t make a difference in how they were being done. They’re definitely not as good as they used to be
