Rude and impolite staff. What was meant to be 1hr 30 mins treatment was 3 hours, and I was repeatedly told off by the staff, that I was ‘impatient’ for asking why they wouldn’t begin my treatments on time, despite the salon being empty. Never again.

Gel manicure, application was a 4/10. The gel was definitely not cured properly and the application was pure. Was left with gel flooding the cuticle and my sides of my nails. The nail lamps where not that clean and the salon wasn’t the best either.
