I bought a Wowcher for my sister and my niece but instead of an hour's treatment stated in the voucher, they were given 50 minute each. Additionally, although the voucher was for a full body massage, instead they only got the back, neck and head. The therapists were rude, argued with the them and it seemed that voucher customers were unimportant. Although the voucher did not have any specific exclusions, I was refused an appointment on a Saturday. I had very bad "mouthy" experience pre and post my appointment. I will not be buying any treatment here in the future.

Went to the salon to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. Lucy was very good. Almost painless for my eyebrows. the place was not busy when I was there so it felt a little awkward being the only customer there. Good experience and great value!
