Every time I got to Sister Beauty Centre in Hendon, London I am treated like a princess. Great value for money and the staff are very friendly.

I've been her previously and was unimpressed. However, they have a new lady doing the beauty treatments who is very friendly, compared to the owners. She fit me in even though I made the appointment very last minute and she did a great job.

I booked an eyebrow threading. When I arrived I was seated at what looks like a hair salon chair and was asked to wait.
The staff was very nice and friendly but when I was waiting for about 20 minutes one of the staff asked me if I can have waxing instead as she does not do threading and her colleague who does threading is out and running late. First I said I would wait but it was starting to get late so I agreed to waxing even though I booked something else. She then asked me to sit on a normal hair salon chair and did the waxing. It was very uncomfortable as I had to tilt my head on a chair. I think they need an appropriate beauty salon facilities/room with a bed or a recliner chair as it felt very uncomfortable.
The waxing itself was ok but my eyebrows looked a bit too thin for my liking.
However, the staff was very nice and polite and made me feel welcome.

Very nice friendly staff. The only downside was the waiting time and facilities. There were about 4 members of staff but only one was doing nails and I had to wait about 30 minutes until she finishes with the previous customer.

My massage by Tracy was brilliant! We went for a swedish and head massage. Swedish massage was very good, the head massage was not as good as I had hoped as she used a towel over my head then massaged it.
The massage would have been 9/10 if the ambience in the room was better, more aromatherapy smells, softer music and sound proof, the noise by other staff outside was very disturbing and disconcerting. It was also very cold in the room, definitly require heaters.
Generally the massage by Tracy was very good.
