I had a full leg and bikini wax using a voucher I bought from Treatwell, the treatment and therapist were good. But I was talked into having the bikini line taken higher as I was going on holiday, but I was not told this would be an extra cost, if I would have known that I would have not had that done. I have been to other salons where it is done at no extra charge. When I was about to leave the owner tried to charge me an further £12, even thought I had already paid £25 for the service, when I told him I was not told that there would be a further charge and I did not ask for a different treatment than I had paid for, he got angry and shouted at me, very rude, not a way to treat customers.

manicure lasted a week, then the varnish started to peel off - the pedicure was mediocre, did not get rid of hard skin and my feet did not look really so good. Could be much better if they tried.
