Had my first manicure ever today, and really enjoyed my time at the salon. The ladies there are really nice and lovely, and can't stop staring at my shellac nails. Love them, hope to go back, will recommend.

The venue was clean and fully equipped, the staff are hard working and professional. Relaxing environment. Good value. Highly recommend.

Good location close to Hendon central tube station. Looks like a nail salon from the outside, but at the back there are two treatment rooms. I had a leg wax, which was quick and painless.

I had a full leg and bikini wax, the therapist was good and the waxing was done fast and pain free.

I had a full leg and bikini wax using a voucher I bought from Wahanda, the treatment and therapist were good. But I was talked into having the bikini line taken higher as I was going on holiday, but I was not told this would be an extra cost, if I would have known that I would have not had that done. I have been to other salons where it is done at no extra charge. When I was about to leave the owner tried to charge me an further £12, even thought I had already paid £25 for the service, when I told him I was not told that there would be a further charge and I did not ask for a different treatment than I had paid for, he got angry and shouted at me, very rude, not a way to treat customers.
