I went with my daughter on a 2-1 offer. We both thoroughly enjoyed our treatments, we weren't rushed, salon was clean, staff were attentive - very good value for money.

Went to the salon for manicure and shellac while the manicure was not so bad, the shellac was totally terrible in my opinion. I was left with big sploges of polish at the ends of nails..and to top it off two of the nails have chipped with 3 days wear. I mean the whole treatment was £20 pounds but i wasnt really expecting the quality of it to be this bad..dont think i will be visiting again..sorry.

I went in expecting to be charged £35 the lady charged me £50. The Brazilian Wax was £15 through Treatwell but she said if you give an extra £5 I will use hot wax which is better I agreed to that but when it came to paying she asked for £50 as no body informed her that I had booked through Treatwell, and even when I tried to show her on my phone but she did not seem to take it into consideration. I felt like I was ripped off and the staff was not listening to me at all, everytime I would try to tell her she did not want to know. I would not recommend this salon to anybody and I travelled so far. I did get my nails done which was £20 that was fine.

Myself and a friend decided to pamper ourselves with the Gold package - I got a Swedish massage, foot massage and facial, whilst she got a Swedish massage, facial and manicure. The staff were amazingly friendly and sweet, we were very well looked after and were always offered a tea or coffee. I ended up being given a full body massage, whilst my friend ended up getting an additional hand and arm massage during her manicure. Her manicure was amazing and she's been getting compliments ever since! Highly recommend this place - they are amazing! We definitely got more than our money's worth.
