Very happy with my acrylics nails. The salon lacked ambience but is as expected for a service of it's price and the type of salon it was. My priority was the result of the nails rather than the customer service and I was pleased. Recommend for those who want their nails done quickly and effectively without the extras.
I visited this salon on Feb 28th for their Gold Package. The treatment room was cold. The massage and facial were acceptable if not a little rushed. Within 4 hours of leaving the salon my skin began to itch by the following morning I was covered in a very red raised rash. It was so bad I had to see a doctor who said it was an allergic reaction to the massage I had the previous day. I had to take three days of work and pay for a prescription for medication to treat the rash. I contacted the salon who showed no interest or concern. I have frequent massages at various salons and have never had a reaction before. I eventually managed to contact the manager Simon who offered me a free manicure I explained this was unacceptable because I lived in Leeds and also explained that I would not return to the salon not only did I have 3 days off work due to the massage but my nose had been burnt whilst I was having the facial because the steam machine was put too close to my skin. Under the circumstances I feel very aggrieved that I was not offered a full refund and would strongly recommend people to think twice before booking beauty treatments at this salon.
