Salon was clean enough, but the two ladies spoke continuously and hardly aknowledged me. Not happy with my nails unfortunately and they took two hours to do - unheard of for acrylic tips. The shape and length wasn't even also. The polish was thinned infront of me with nail polish thinner and then was obviously transparent on my nails. They smudged after I left despite being told they were dry so had to repaint. Wouldn't return. Probably avoid if you're fussy with your nails.
Turn up and no one says hello or even looks up at you to acknowledge you. Kept us waiting in the room for 20 mins until someone turns up (this is after going out and asking them why isn't anyone coming for the appointment). Thirty mins after the actual appointment time, someone comes and starts massaging. The deep tissue massage was more like a back rub I could have asked my husband to have done this job - waste of my time and money. Won't be going back again.
No relaxing music in the background. Instead a child in the back room watching his tv shows - you know that he is because that's all you can hear! Had to ask the woman to turn it down which she did and then you can hear the relaxing music (but with adverts so you have a break of some nonsense every 10 mins!)
If you want a cheap massage then go. Otherwise it's just not worth the money. Pay £5 more and go somewhere else where they acknowledge you on arrival and have a calm ambience.
