I paid a lot of money and endured a lot of pain for a wax where I have several hairs left on my legs and on my privates. I pointed this out on my legs and I was told they were short stubborn hairs that wouldn't come out. The lady did offer to tweeze the hairs but coming home and seeing how many are left, she would have been there all day. I'd let my hair grow for a month but as I've never had a wax before I'm not sure how true this is. I was then left waiting in the pedicure chair while someone else was waxed, and the water went cold. When she came back, the lady started to file my toenails in a square shape which isn't my preference but she said my nails were too short to make round but I manage to do this myself at home with nail cutters. I've come home to find hard skin still on my feet. The toenail painting was then done by someone else. I also had my manicure done with the second person which was good, but the OPI paint didn't even last a day which is probably more manicures in general than the salon. The salon had no atmosphere, loads of people waiting to be seen and walking out but the women were really nice. I'm just really disappointed I spent £80, and in advance, for what I was hoping to be a nice few hours of being pampered and what was meant to take 2 hours took 3 and a half! I was left at the manicure table for ages in the end so just made sure someone knew I was leaving and went. I'm going to try and remove the left over hairs myself and unfortunately redo my pedicure.
