Lucy is friendly and professional. She recommended a nail colour combination to me which I really liked. It was nice to have a recommendation when I could not decide which colour I want! Will definitely go back and recommend to others.

The whole procedure was 3/5.
Minus points for staff children running around,
Also staff keep talking in their own language during the whole procedure.
Place wasn’t very tidy - you can see dust around stuff and dirt on the ground etc.
