I requested to get lip wax and it was done, probably unnecessary that I was made to explain myself over my request not to retouch with twizzers or thread. that is my personal choice, if I say wax I mean only wax, no shortcuts to retouch. wax twice and comes perfect. they did it, wasn't the best service I have received, I don't need to explain myself to get an upper lip done or have somebody arguing with not this or that.
