The final result is alright, the nails are a bit too thick for my taste but let's say I'm just picky. I booked gel powder nails assuming that they also include shellac on top, apparently I was wrong and I had to pay another £10 for that. The staff is not too friendly, the lady who was doing my nails just chatted the whole session with another woman, she just asked me a few time if I like the nails shape. The tools are not sterilised before clients which is not ok and the whole place looks dusty. There is no ambiance at all and there was a strong smell of chemicals in the whole salon.
Overall I think I will try another salon the next time.
