Once again my appointment was over booked( someone else was booked at the same time) Has happened at this salon and others when booked through Treatwell. Was seen and nails removed but not by the nail technician I had booked.

I was very excited to use a coupon that I had to get my nails done for the holiday, but sadly im not very happy with the end result... I went to get a shellac - french manicure and when I got home I saw that I had white polish around some of my nails and places on my fingers, the white line was very thin and not very neat. I had old nailspolish on that wasnt thouroughly removed that you could see and I didnt feel that the person took their time to do a good job, wont be returning.
