Salon is a bit old and in need of an update, some of the machines weren't working. Customer service is a bit lacking and I got charged more than I was expecting to be charged.
Overall it was an ok experience and I was happy with my nails and brows.

I went in hoping for some nail extensions for an event that I had. The staff could not understand that I wanted short extensions and it took a while to explain and for them to get exactly what I wanted. They also charged me £10 more than written on the website for shellac colour. This was a hidden charge and I would have considered another place if i knew.
The quality of the nail extensions were utterly terrible. My nails are uneven, bubbly and thicker than anything I have ever seen. Overall a terrible job was done. I would not recommend going there for any treatment.
