I went to a salon last Thursday for the first time. I was quite nervous as I didn’t really know what I wanted. Gemma was exceptional: she took the time to speak to me and ask me questions and give me options and also her professional opinion. I absolutely love my hair: the cut is perfect, the blow dry was lovely and everyone is complimenting my hair! I am glad I followed your opinion and kept the warm tones! I will definitely be back so she can do my hair again. 10/10
