The salon was busy and I had to wait, but I took that as a good sign. Paul was apologetic and so friendly, so I didn't mind. Paul asked a lot of great questions and understood what I was looking for. My hair feels so healthy and I'm loving the cut. More than that, Paul was friendly and just such a lovely person. My only other comment is that with the music/noise of hairdryers etc. it was sometimes a little difficult to hear him.

I normally see Caitlin as I’ve been seeing her for a very long time but I’ve seen Paul twice now when I’m unable to get an appointment with Caitlin and he is really fantastic, hair always looks and feels amazing after a trip there.
