It is usual practice to allow the client to put clothes/shoes back on immediately after treatment. I was left standing in a very small room whilst the lady cleaned down the table, tidied up the implements and then put new paper on the table for the next client. Then, I could put my shoes back on. I booked the appointment for 10.10 as available on your website, only to find a rather curt/dismissive email later telling me that the appointment had been changed to 10.00!
A good gel pedicure - had issues with the Treatwell gift. I chose 'pay at venue' online but they said they couldn't do that & asked for the full amount in cash. In the end I rebooked with the 'pay in advance' option paid & cancelled the new booking.
