I arrived and it was very chaotic. I didn't mind too much as it was really busy. Staff seemed rushed and wanted to get people in and out as quickly as possible. The facial was lovley but felt rushed, nails were ok but I have parts of my nail that is not painted. I feel this is down to how busy they were and would visit again to see if the customer service is different when they are less busy.
