Absolutely terrible experience here. Had LVL lashes done, first of all they don't donsider a lash tint to be part of LVL (so basically paying over the odds for an eyelash perm). Then when they did tint them I could see that they had over curled my lashes so they were curled back on them selves, most had a kink in them. Was absolutely devastated and was offered no form of apology. The staff are clearly not adequately trained and they have put me off ever wanting LVL done again despite having had great results elsewhere.
