Procedure was fine however the lady charged me for a different type of waxing despite booking a different one online. So I ended up paying more. She said the other waxing wasn’t very effective so she did the other one instead. however she didn’t inform me prior to the procedure, only afterwards when it came to payment so I had no choice but to pay. Not impressed.
