As soon as I walked through the door I was pressured to get a more expensive service. I kept explaining that i had not booked for these she was rude and kept saying they were better. Made me feel very uncomfortable. The nails themselves were done very badly. The acrylic powder was put on much too thick and clumpy and meant that they had to file them down to much at the end. Left my fingers sore and bleeding. I mentioned many times I was not happy and was given a very bad attitude.
