I have been to this salon several times and it is always busy, one of their nail technicians is excellent and the others not quite as skilled. I find it very hit and miss who you get looked after by and this really reflects how your nails are left at the end of the treatment.

the girl who did my shellac did a good job. however, the older lady who removed the old shellac wasn't good - she filed my skin until it bled, then didn't clean it before coating the bleeding in nail polish remover! I'd go back again for the shellac but wouldn't get it removed here again.

The wax was really good and the lady who did my treatment was lovely and made me feel very comfortable will 100% be going back!

The staff were not busy but didn't do much to make me feel relaxed and welcomed and they did not offer to hang my coat or bag even though I was scheduled to be there for 3 hours. After an hour I asked for some water which was given to me in a disposable cup from the water dispenser as there was no tea or coffee available. During my treatment someone came in from the shop below to complain that water was leaking through their ceiling! This didn't didn't do much for my confidence in the facilities. The treatments were basic and seemed rushed even though there was no one else there. It felt like they wanted to get it over and done with as quickly as possible. I had to ask them to redo some of my nails where nail was showing through the gels again giving me the impression the woman couldn't really be bothered. I did not get any kind of goodbye when I left. For the quality of the treatments i received I think it was over priced
