A quick change to a Manicure was accepted; I’d booked online but the only option for a manicure was gel so I though I’d have the choice. Downloaded the app and realised there’s more info there. They changed to a mini manicure and adapted for me which is great as this was a gift for mum. She enjoyed her treatment and her manicurist was friendly and professional.

Had a terrible allergic reaction to false lashes a day before going on holiday. Despite having a patch test which was fine, half way through the application the discomfort started. I told the lady but she said it would be fine, just a bit of stinging. I had them removed the next day but later ended up in A&E on the advice of my opticians. I signed a form and explained that I was allergic to latex but the glue or the under eye pads could have contained it I was told the next day. Awful experience
