I booked w/out removal- I thought my pedicure included it. No Problem, I waited 15 minutes to be seen & told due to having gel I won’t be able to receive full pedicure & it will only be removal/new application. Tbh if they saw me on time they would’ve been able to squeeze it in & provided me with what I originally wanted. The pedicure is mediocre, I came home & realised there’s a broken big toe nail that wasn’t cut off and is catching on everything. The lady left b4 me, which is bad manners.
