Had a terrible allergic reaction to false lashes a day before going on holiday. Despite having a patch test which was fine, half way through the application the discomfort started. I told the lady but she said it would be fine, just a bit of stinging. I had them removed the next day but later ended up in A&E on the advice of my opticians. I signed a form and explained that I was allergic to latex but the glue or the under eye pads could have contained it I was told the next day. Awful experience

I did a normal nail manicure she was attentive in giving her opinion on the colours to use for my outfit since I was going to a wedding the next day. She even provide me with a coffee when I mentioned that I needed one, without even thinking that they provide it at all and it was great. Thank you so much. I have been to the Salon many times and the service is always great, so every time I need it I need to go and trust them to do the job well. Thank you
