Made a booking for a manicure and pedicure . Wanted a French manicure but out of the 5 members of staff not one knew how to do this. Seriously is not this one of the most popular treatments? Misha was not bothered and told me I needed to book a French manicure online so they could get the correct staff in. Upon checking the website there was no option for this. I was left disappointed as unable to get my manicure. Pedicure was painful and she made my cuticles bleed. Would not recommend
