They were super fast. I got in, Kay took me a treatment room straight away and 20 minutes later I was out of there. By the way, Kay is amazing. First time ever I had a painless Hollywood Wax. She was really nice and antentive and you can see she knows what she is doing!

A lot of confusion with staff, wasn't a bad wax but I was trying to be sold other treatments which wasn't very necessary.
