Sam was fantastic. It was my first visit and first time getting the treatment. Sam made me feel welcome and relaxed throughout. The treatment room was nicely appointed and had a TV installed which was a great ice breaker and way to take your mind of the treatment. Sam was very chatty throughout and made the experience a really enjoyable one. I will certainly be back again.

This was my second appointment with Jo for a back/shoulder wax and,as with the first, I was delighted.
Pretty much the least discomfort that I have experienced (which is a blessing!).
There's a very friendly atmosphere and I was kept informed and any quetsions I had were answered.
I'm happy to recommend both Sinwax and Jo
