I already go to Simply Special regularly for beauty treatments and decided to book in.
Stacey is a lovely therapist, really kind and reassuring.
The room was warm and inviting with a beautiful ambiance. The bed was warmed with a heated blanket and I was snug under blankets.
I was so relaxed and the scalp massages and hair masks were amazing. The water was the best so soothing and warm. The shoulder and arm massages were a welcome surprise. I would highly recommend booking in, you won’t regret it

I was very nervous, I was put as ease by Stacey, she explained everything she was doing, my visit was very pleasant also talked about other treatments that was available so will look forward to trying those.
