Instructions how to get there weren’t clear. Arrived early and no one was there, no one answered the phone.

I’ve been getting microdermabrasion treatments done for the past 3 years and this is by far the most painful and overall worst one I’ve ever received. I’m still left with bruising and reddening (keeping in mind I’m of a darker complexion and my skin isn’t prone to reddening) 24 hours later. I’ve had the treatment done in this venue twice before and it turned out fine but the new therapist was too harsh and did not seem to be fully comfortable conducting the procedure; e.g. leaving the device at one area for too long and going over an area too many times which caused the reddening.
